All orders are processed within 1-10 business days, depending on availability.
This does not include shipping time.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on stock levels.
Shipping Times
- Standard Shipping: 2-4 business days (not including processing time).
- Local Delivery (Delivered by Us): Available for addresses within 30km of our store. Please note that local delivery times may vary depending on stock levels and can take 7-14 days if we need to order in more stock.
- In-Store Pickup: Available for selected products. Please note that pickup times may vary depending on stock levels and can take 7-14 days if we need to order in more stock.

Shipping Costs
- Free Shipping: For orders over $150 AUD.
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate fee of $18 AUD will be applied to orders under $150 AUD.
- Local Delivery (Delivered by Us): Free for addresses within 30km of our store.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
Please note that international shipping times may vary significantly due to customs clearance and other factors. While we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please allow additional time for international shipments.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
